We don’t want to fight, we just want to solve the problem.

So I email and message to Igor Protasov and TBD Group three options to choose

1, change lease period back from 30 years to 90 years and continue the rental agreements;

2, refund 2/3 value of property because they stole 60 years;

3, Refund back the whole payment plus interest.

I give Igor Protasov 3 day to make decision.

We are owners in MBC Condo and come from Canada, Russia and China. We love Thailand and we invest condos in Thailand. Some of us had thought retired in Thailand but this plan is spoilt by TBD.

TBD’s boss Igor Protasov is not Thai. He come to Thailand just for money. Please don’t let TBD destroy the real estate market and Thailand’s reputation in the world! The builder in Thailand will hate TBD.

Don’t let TBD scare away international investors! This will cause Tens of billions of losses!!!
